I moved to Kilry 3 years ago and I am originally from Siberia. I have been perfecting my sourdough recipes for the past 6 years.
“I fell in love with baking when I was around 11 years old and have been baking ever since When I moved to the UK, I became fed up with the standard of bread you can buy in the shops. It has so many chemicals and additives that it loses all the goodness that bread should give you. I wanted to change that. I chose sour dough as it is the healthiest bread you can produce using traditional methods.”
In my sourdough, I use only organic wheat.

Einkorn, Is a good source of protein, iron, dietary fiber, thiamine & other B vitamins. It also contain s a significant amount of the powerful antioxidant lutein, with higher antioxidant levels than bread wheat & is the original, unchanged wheat found in Egyptian pyramids.
Wholegrain, helps to manage blood sugar levels, lower cholesterol, & reduce the risk of chronic diseases like heart disease and type 2 diabets

The shop currently has 2 baking days on a Tuesday and Saturday, with more products being introduced in the future.
